The international Balkan vs Cumbia fiesta returns to Bristol for another clash of explosive and vibrant musical cultures with a very special guest DJ Shantel making his long awaited Bristol debut!

The pioneering king of balkan pop - Disko Disko Partizani! - famous for his energetic DJ-Sets and rabble rousing performances all over Europe and the globe. With the mix of organic Southern-European & Balkan music and club-friendly electronics, Shantel's Bucovina Club nights and compilations revolutionized the music scene throughout Europe and spawned a whole movement, whilst his 'Disko Partizani', 'Disko Boy', subsequent releases and shows with his Bucovina Club Orkestar have cemented his place in global music folklore.

On the night he will be joined by Balkan Vs Cumbia residents Gypsy Box & Cal Jader as well as special guests.

Gypsy Box // Mexican native, Balkan Cumbia trail-blazer DJ Gypsy Box has been and remains at the absolute forefront of this powerful combination with his tireless globetrotting escapades consistently bringing the music to new audiences all over the world.

Cal Jader // Cal Jader is one of the musical activists, founders behind cultural protagonists Movimientos. His formidable blend of tropical bass and classic latin heat has seen him play all around the world from Istanbul to Malayasia, Mexico City and Carnival in Brazil.
