A clubnight held at The Jam Jar on Friday 4th April. The event starts at 23:30.
We are SLIPPIN’… After five parties in our debut year, we are ecstatic to present our first event of 2025 with a three-hour journey through Drum & Bass with Tony Colman aka Hospital Records founder, producer & legend of the scene that is LONDON ELEKTRICITY.
We are honoured to be able to bring Tony to such a small venue for what is set to be a real memorable one. He is on a mission to support or highlight the special qualities and importance of grassroots clubs where all of the big names such as Andy C, DJ Marky, High Contrast etc all started their careers.
We can’t end up having only massive venues for DnB nights and so the qualities, the challenges being faced and also importance of grassroots clubnights or spaces is what Tony is supporting! Small clubs often offer more vibes, more intimacy with DJs, better sound, better drinks choices, friendlier door staff + a more affordable night out and this sums up The Jam Jar experience!
Tony is a DnB legend and DJ who has been playing out and releasing incredible DnB music for over 25 years! Make sure to check out his new new releases on his brand new label ‘Fast Soul Music’ which has featured collaborations with Catching Cairo, Makoto, DJ Marky, Anile and others… He’s on incredible form right now!
Alongside Tony for this extended set will be Ruthless MC. Ruthless has been a regular at Hospitality events all over Europe lately, as well as on hosting duties for LTJ Bukem recently.
This night will also have a 1.5 hour warm up set from SLIPPIN’ residents Ephyra going b2b with Nathan Worm and (for the late night stamina crew) a closing set from CHAMBA.
As with our 3 main events last year, we’ll have a VJ inside also, with brilliant club-ready visuals from IN2U throughout the night!
Those of you who’ve been to one of our events last year or have been following what we do will know that SLIPPIN’ is night with one just mission….to be the vibiest, most welcoming, most eclectic D&B night around. Expect top quality Liquid, Proper Rollers, Soulful, Funky, Deeper, Wobbly, Atmospheric and feel-good Drum & Bass music. Dancers young and old. Vibes a must.. No creeps. No silly little boys. Just good energy!

You *might* be required to queue to gain entry. We cannot guarantee entry this way so if you can make it for the start of the night we suggest getting an advanced ticket!
