Coffy at The Ill Repute
Free entry - doors at 7pm!

A event held at The Ill Repute on Thursday 1st May. The event starts at 20:00.

After a short break, Be Kind Rewind Bristol Cinema Club is back with more cult classics that you don’t want to miss.

Join us downstairs The Ill Repute for a screening of Coffy, the 1973 Blaxploitation classic that made Pam Grier an icon. Packed with action, revenge, and one of the coolest soundtracks of the era, this is a film that demands to be seen on the big screen—with a drink in hand.

Grier stars as Coffy, a nurse-turned-vigilante on a ruthless mission to take down the drug dealers and corrupt officials ruining her community. Expect sharp dialogue, explosive action, and some of the slickest ‘70s style ever put to film.
