See event details

A gig held at The Ill Repute on Saturday 10th May. The event starts at 20:30.

The Slimline Shufflers take to the stage again for their monthly residency at everyone's favourite dive bar, The Ill Repute.

Since returning from their wildly successful trip to New Orleans last year they have been writing furiously to compose their long awaited all original second album and this is the perfect spot to catch them showcasing every idea and new work they create.

Drawing inspiration from legendary artists such as Professor Longhair, James Booker, and Dr. John, The Slimline Shufflers have honed their unique style over the past 10 years, captivating audiences across the UK. Comprised of Henry Slim on harmonica & vocals, Eric Arthur on piano, Adam Newton on bass, and Max Harrison on drums & vocals, 2023 saw them record & release their debut LP “Suspicious Blues” and 2025 shall bring us the highly anticipated all original second album.

Expect toe tapping, finger clicking, foot stomping blues that is impossible to keep still to from one of the finest blues bands the South West has to offer!
