Please note a parent or carer must supervise and be responsible for the child/young person while they're here.
At Leading Lights we take safeguarding very seriously and there will always be an DBS enhanced level checked practitioner supervising the session, although we do also require parental/carer supervision.
Glow is our specialist SEMH hub in central Bristol. For those with access needs that we have a single toilet on-site which is accessible via a short flight of stairs.
A little bit about Leading Lights:
Leading Lights is a not-for-profit that works with children, young people and families impacted by social, emotional and mental health. We run a range of specialist services and projects to support children and young people who might be feeling anxious, stressed or suffering in silence. These range from small group therapeutic projects to mentoring to advice and advocacy. Our approach is holistic and is about sensitive joined up working where we really listen to what the young people need. Our vision is a society where imagination, love and endless possibilities are the everyday words that people associate with child and family services.
We want to make three key differences:
1. Improved mental health
2. Reduce social isolation
3. Increased ability to thrive at school
