Platoon is a four piece alternative/indie band from London and Bristol. After a year of road testing music in venues across the capital, they travelled to Amsterdam to record their first three singles. Upon release, these tracks earned them high praise from BBC Introducing, with the group labelled their ‘new favourite band’, as well as plays on Amazing radio.
Platoon recently played their first headline show at Mr Wolf’s in Bristol, well received gigs in Cardiff, as well as a string of support slots and successful headline at The Old Blue Last in Shoreditch, London. Moving forward Platoons music has matured and they are ready to bring it to both the stage and the studio. They already have festivals lined up for the summer and are fitting in as many gigs as they can in 2025.
