The Stylus Method & The Nonstick Pans

Two of London's hottest bands bring their brand of 60-inspired rock, Britpop and Indie to The Exchange in Bristol, this is one not to be missed!

The Stylus Method
‘My favourite was the young lads in the hats’ - Sir Michael Eavis, Glastonbury Pilton Stage Competition, January 2024.

‘Meticulous studio craft meets electrifying live performance with a dusting of sartorial elegance, the Stylus Method is West London’s hottest new band and one not to be missed’.

Blending art rock and British psychedelia with good old fashioned guitar, bass, piano and drums, Jordan, Jamie and Oliver are a blast from the past in the best possible and most relevant way.

The Stylus Method’s acclaimed second album, ‘The Imaginary Costume Party’ (2022) was recorded in Studio 2 at EMI Abbey Road. Now, with a residency at the legendary Troubadour club and regular shows in Camden Town and across the capital, the lads are exciting sell-out crowds with their unique brand of music for the ages.

The NonStick Pans
The musical moniker of Lancashire rocker Peter Rugman. The name, a playful nod to the 60s British invasion bands, reflects the same cheeky spirit and infectious energy that defines Rugman's sound. Blending elements of Power Pop, Indie Rock and 90s Britpop: his debut album, "Nineteen Sixty Four," was met with critical acclaim and helped build a dedicated fanbase. Since then Rugman has cultivated a large following on TikTok and Instagram, where he blends music, comedy and pop culture.

He is an accomplished actor and comedian with appearances on Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC Radio Four and The West End.

Peter's background in performance reflects his genuine desire to connect with people, allowing him to blend all the complexities of the human experience into his songs. We're only here for a short time and The NonStick Pans want live in a world where music crosses boundaries, and every melody is an anthem to the human spirit.
