Erotic Secrets of Pompeii play wild, weird apocalyptic lounge music - a twisted amalgamation of angular art rock and transgressive post-punk, transmitted directly from the heart of the forbidden zone.

ESOP's music is populated by grotesque imagery and vivid symbolism, drawing from artists across different mediums, such as David Lynch, Dali, Leonora Carrington, William Blake, Robert Anton Wilson and Leigh Bowery.

The band released their debut album, Mondo Maleficum, to wide acclaim in January 2024, followed by a successful album tour across the UK and Europe.

ESOP's music has received airplay from BBC Radio 6, Radio X and BBC Introducing, and the band have played major festivals such as Boomtown, The Great Escape, Shambala and Bearded Theory, along with supporting Electric Six.
