Dactyl Terra
Emerging from the South Wales Valleys, Dactyl Terra is an experimental space-groove and psychedelic rock band, offering a "laser-beam boogaloo for the celestial earthlings". Their music blends heavy, funky, and psychedelic elements with solid basslines, swirling guitars, and old-school synth sounds. Recent news and endeavors include releasing a new album "Fee Fi Fo Fum" in 2024, described as a psychedelic roller coaster ride.
Trans-Siberian Express
Trans-Siberian Express play Schwank Splurge-pop. The foundations of the band came about during the Bristol Kill the Bill protests of March 2021. Their first performance was in the basement of the wonky arrow bookshop, an anarchist squat at the time. The following 2 years were slow, playing gigs here and there while the band formed its signature six.
M/X
M/X is a young, three-piece punk rock powerhouse known for their raw energy and chaotic live shows. Hailing from Bristol, England, the band’s visceral sound draws comparisons to the likes of IDLES, Soft Play and Kid Kapichi, with trashy rhythms, angsty guitars and socially charged lyrics that hit like a punch in the gut. Their explosive performances have landed them spots at festivals like 2000 Trees and Dot To Dot, as well as stages at iconic Bristol venues like Thekla and The Louisiana.
Hexcut
Hexcut are a quartet of piano, electronics, drums and bass from Bristol, UK, which blend elements of rock, jazz and electronic dance music into a sound which defies genre yet appeals to many. Their influences come from many different corners of music, from Gogo Penguin to High Contrast to Deftones! Hexcut have shared stages with a diverse range of popular artists including LITE, Blank Banshee and Mildlife, as well as gaining slots at major festivals such as Boomtown and ArcTanGent.
