Twin brothers Matt and Dan Maloney founded Statues of Men in the home county of Pembrokeshire in 2018 before shifting the project to Cardiff where they
introduced new members Jamie Dean (bass) and Sam Green (drums). Delivering punk-inspired alternative rock with infectiously. catchy melodies and introspective lyrics, statues of men intend to rise up the local music scene and become a Welsh indie phenomenon alongside the likes of Stereophonics and Catfish and the Bottlemen.
