Very exciting to see the return of the ever-popular Tango Calor, this time sporting a special new line-up: Mirek Salmon (BBC National Orchestra of Wale, RSC…MDC) on bandoneon, masterful guitarist Daryl Kellie (“Truly stunning” - D'Addario Strings), plus El Rincón favourite, percussionist Jimi Can. Jimi has long been a fan of the Grammy-winning tango album by flamenco star Diego El Cigala, so it only seemed right for these three to put their heads together and dive into this repertoire alongside flamenco retellings of their favourite tango songs.
