THE SOUND OF THE DRUM IS THE BEAT THAT UNITES US

We are excited to present Tiempo al Tiempo, a Samba-Reggae project born out of the MUDARTE Association from Extremadura, Spain. Visiting the UK for one week only, they will be warming up for their appearance at WOMAD Festival.

We also have Fernanda Varón, dance teacher and choreographer from Bogotá, Colombia, who will be kicking off the night with a high energy warm up and dance workshop accompanied by live drums. Get ready!

Then we will be treated to a unique Samba-Reggae Workshop from Tiempo al Tiempo, before they perform for us their award winning show ‘Percussion in Motion’.

PROGRAMME:
7pm: African Dance Workshop with Fernanda Varón (£10)

8.30pm: Samba Reggae Workshop with Tiempo al Tiempo (MUDARTE): £10 **

10pm: Performance of Tiempo al Tiempo, ‘Percussion in Motion’: £10

**important to pre-book for Samba-Reggae Workshop as availability of drums means spaces are limited.
