- Fresh on site brewed beers including our own 'Can Of Worms' and ciders, softs & 0% beers.

- Added decor + some some surprises! - a mini festival vibe for sure..
Sound-wise expect: Caribbean grooves, Latin-American shakers, tunes from Jamaican, Cuba, Brazil, heavy Funk, dancefloor-Jazz, and other spicy global selections via crates and crates of wax & proper fat USBs (lol), all from a bunch of fantastic DJ selectors over an 8 party on a nice decent system!
We started Worm Disc Club over in Easton, and us worms have all lived there, so we’re very glad to be doing this event in BS5... Gracing the decks for the first ever outdoor Worm Disco Club party is:
Cami Layé Okún (Cuba/NTS)
Globetrotting NTS resident and selector - Cami Layé Okún is a Cuban DJ inspired by the worldwide cultural diversity of rhythms. She has a relaxed and classy presence behind the decks. Her chosen sounds span from the tropical to the tribal; think African and Caribbean rhythms mixed with a Latin soul and sensibility.
As a DJ, Cami brings together many sounds and rhythms of the diaspora to move dancefloors wherever she plays in the world. A top-class selector, expect serious hip-shaking and feet shuffling grooves to make you move!!
DJ Nomad (Berlin/Africaine808)
Growing up exposed to a mix of youth cultures in the 70's and 80’s, Nomad’s musical trip started when he discovered the Afro/cosmic Disco movement and DJ culture.
With an acute love for poly-rythms & African drums and percussion, he enjoys mixing modern electronic dance music with tropical, African, latin and afro-grooves. Modern soul to afro-rock, percussive-House to Zouk, Cumbia to Soukousse…Nomad is known as as one of the biggest collectors of African and Tropical (70’s/80’s/90’s) dance-music in Europe.
His ‘Vulkandance’ parties have became a trademark for Berlin's lovers of unheard, transcultural dance music. He's been a resident of the legendary "Tropical Discotheque’ parties in Paris and has rocked dancefloors from the arctic-circle to Canada, NYC to L.A, Caribbean Islands through to Tokyo and Hong Kong. He's a legend and we're really glad we can finally host him at a worm party.
Miss Mash (Bristol via London)
From the older heads with decades of experience through to the newer in the game, something we pride ourselves on at Worm Disco Club is bringing new and established DJs to our events here in Bristol. Balance is key. The third name on our line up is a DJ we’ve been enjoying both on radio, and when we’ve seen her play.
Miss Mash’ aka Masha selects a lovely mix of her own influences and flavours in her sets. We've invited Miss Mash to open our first ever day party, with selections that span from Samba to Reggae to Broken Beat and beyond!
Worm Soundsystem:
The 3 worms Jackson, Jake and Nathan will be going b2b2b with their eclectic and individual mix of global funky heat. Expect heavy funk bangers, dancefloor Jazz shakers, afro bumpers, percussive melters, Disco-boogie goodness, Brazilian tracks, Caribbean Zouk and more... most importantly, expect the unexpected!

First Release: £15 (off sale midnight Friday 7th July!)
Second Release: £17.50 (running low)

Children:
We've always been a party which is more about having a fun loving , dance focused, relaxed, open, friendly, diverse crowd, so while we do like to get 'loose' we also want our day events to be open to as many people as possible! We get what being a parent is like and we also think kids are fun so for this event children will be welcome between the hours of 2pm and 6pm and will be entitled to free entry upon an 'Adult + Child' ticket being purchased...
We hope this enables a good few of you to come and enjoy the atmosphere during the afternoon with your little ones in tow, and maybe even find a babysitter for the evening
