Based in Bristol after forming in Bath, The Precious Lies are a 2-piece Alternative Pop duo that collaboratively compose material that possesses the raw energy of the Pixies, the powerful female vocals of Paramore & the infectious grooves of Jamiroquai.
With introspective lyrics at the heart of their music, the girl’s live sets promise to be emotional experiences that specialise in soulful keys and compelling harmonies.
They released their debut single ‘Misconception’ on 23rd March followed by a string of South-Coast headlines in Bristol & Southampton alongside summer dates supporting CVC at Komedia in Bath, Supalung at The Railway in Winchester, and recording their next singles for this coming year. The Precious Lies have just performed a packed-out headline show in Winchester with upcoming shows booked with DHP across the South-West.

Battery Acid are an all female 5 piece punk rock band from the south west. Starting their band under a year ago at Bath Spa university they have gone on to win two battle of the bands competitions gaining them large amounts of attraction in the local and wider area. Their debut self titled single 'Battery Acid' encompasses their unique sound of grungy guitar tones combined with folk inspired haunting melody lines. Taking inspiration from punk, rock and folk music Battery Acid aim to put their own spin on the genre.

Zinging riffs, breakneck drumming and nifty lyrics are just three of the
things that makes paperboy so beloved by their small (but very strong)
fan base. With the onstage wit of a low level standup comedian, and
the boogieing style of a slightly arthritic giraffe, paperboy will dazzle,
dance and drive straight into your heart
