Wild Winter Feast at Coexist Community Kitchen
£43

A event on Friday 9th December. The event starts at 19:00.

Celebrate the magic of Winter with us!

The evening will be a delicious spectacle, - a 4 course meal woven with music by Bristol folk musician Nick Hart and stories of wintering, feasting, connection and imagination told by Corinne Harragin.

Tickets include 4 courses, plus a welcome and digestive drink, surrounded by flickering candlelight, enchanting stories and beautiful live music.

We are taking inspiration from the wild side of Winter: locally produced and foraged ingredients as well as 'alive' and wild foods.
Menu:

Focaccia, crown bread, seeded crackers
Winter soft herb homemade butter
Cold pressed rapeseed oil with sloe vinegar
Jerusalem artichoke crisps
Roasted Winter squash with toasted pumpkin seeds

A Winter fermented carpaccio plate of beetroot, pear, salsify, carrot, garlic fermented honey and beetroot skin oil with walnut cream

Homemade Gothelney Farm pork sausages, British fava bean puree, plum ketchup, carrot top and dandelion seaweed, sage and rosemary oil
VV/Vg: Shio koji mushroom stuffed cabbage leaves with green tomato ketchup, fava bean puree, carrot top and dandelion seaweed, sage and rosemary oil
Side of radicchio and Winter salad with pickled quince

South West grain Choux, homemade mascarpone, badger bean miso caramel apples

Vegetarian and vegan options will also be available.

We look forward to welcoming you to celebrate the bounty and conviviality Winter offers us
