AN EXHIBITION EXPLORING PAIN + DESTRUCTION, BEAUTY + LOVE

BY JONATHON CAMPBELL MILLS + SUFFIA KHANAN
Do you know why that painting is here?
It reminds us we are more than the pain and destruction we see.
If a thing is talismanic or totemic, it is a symbol, a kind of beacon or light.
Sometimes small and secret, sometimes bright and blinding.
My work responds to life as it is being lived and for me, the work is both relevant and necessary.
But this is a room full of teeth.
