YOUR COMFORT SHOW IS BACK, BACK BACK AGAIN! (and love is in the air...)

House of Boussé's open mic returns in our new home, CAFE KINO on Wednesday 26th February for a gorgeous evening of brand new performances from the trans+ community.

Last Wednesday of the month, every month!

Drag, dance, poetry, genderbending acoustic serenades, all art is welcome! We welcome everything weird and wonderful.

What a Drag! platforms TRANS, NON - BINARY, INTERSEX, TWO SPIRIT and GENDER NON-CONFIRMING ARTISTS.️‍⚧️

We dedicate a solidarity section of each show to sharing art, testimonies and writing from liberation communities, intersectional causes and organisers for freedom and justice. We welcome activist groups to represent their work at this event, please get in touch with us to be involved!

Doors at 6:30pm
Show start 7:00pm
Show finish 9:00pm
Wrapped by 9:45pm

This is an 18+ event, please bring a valid form of ID.

What a Drag! is a pay what you can open mic and no one turned away for lack of funds. Please drop us a message on instagram at @whatadragbristol if you need to reserve a free space, or email us at [email protected]

Half of ticket sales are split between the open mic artists, the other half goes to staff working on the night and fundraising for our future house ventures. More generous donations makes this work possible, thank you!

Sign-up details are in our Instagram bio or through the form below. We book performers in advance for each show, and we will find a show date that works for you.

10 minute slot is yours to take the stage: https://forms.gle/cp5bwFZhn6AHhaYR7

We have a tipping jar for our performers which we split evenly to help DIY and trans led events remain accessible to us - you can donate with the WAD month reference here: https://paypal.me/xanthekween
