See event details

A event held at Cafe Kino on Friday 6th December. The event starts at 19:00.

The aim of this event is to bring people together through art whilst raising awareness and funds for the people of Palestine.
We welcome all styles of writing (poetry; flash fiction; excerpts of longer writing; etc) and all voices, whether this is your first time reading to an audience or if you are pretty comfy behind the mic, we would love to hear your work! To ensure you will be able to read your work please email [email protected] to book a slot, there may be extra bookable slots on the night but this is not a guarantee.
The ticketing of this event works on a pay-as-you-can basis, depending on how much money you are able to donate. The minimum price of a ticket has been set to £3 to ensure the event remains accessible whilst not losing sight of the fundraising aim! Anyone who wishes to read will also be required to buy a ticket. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Palestinian Children's Relief Fund.
