Tamsin Elliott & Tarek Elazhary explore the parallels and celebrates the idiosyncrasies of Egyptian Maqam music and English folk traditions.
Their work has captured the attention of critics and audiences alike, praised for its innovative blend of quartertone accordion, lever harp and oud. Hailed by The Observer as "a poised, atmospheric fusion delivered by two master players”, their music transcends borders, inviting listeners on a mesmerising journey through landscapes both familiar and foreign.
Through their collaboration, Tamsin and Tarek exemplify a future-facing generation, united in their aim to build new and authentic musical expressions that resonate across continents and cultures.

Pakoras for Palestine serving up delicious food at all our events this summer! This is a grassroots fundraising effort led by Sui, providing direct aid to individuals in Gaza who are in urgent need of support. Come down early, soak up the summer air, and grab yourself a pint and pakoras before the show.
We will run a fully licensed bar supported by Bristol Beer Factory's Brew2Give scheme. Music session around the fire after the show, so (if you feel inclined) bring your instruments to join in the tunes!
