Move your body, ground your mind and awaken your intuition.
The physical movement of yoga is an ideal tool for facilitating slowing down and tuning into your own inner wisdom. To begin, Ailsa will lead you through a yoga sequence themed around the Aries New Moon. Flowing and constant movement synchronised with the breath will calm the mind and release tension. The yoga sequence will prepare your body, mind and spirit to begin the tarot reading workshop.
Ra Ra Tarot will guide your through her own unique methodology for reading tarot. This will be an interactive session with plenty of time to practise on your own and/or with others and receive guidance from Rachael (Ra Ra). New moons are especially powerful times to read tarot, and the workshops will also explore the astrological transits that are aligned with the Aries New Moon. Reflective journaling will help you to hone your own personal tarot reading. Ailsa and Rachael have curated journaling prompts so that you can prepare for the Yoga Nidra and bring your own tarot reading to a grounding close.
Ailsa will guide you through a rejuvenating and nourishing Yoga Nidra to help you re-charge your intuitive energy but also explore the themes that arise within your own tarot reading. Yoga Nidra is not only a restful and relaxing passive style of meditation, but it is also a state of dreamtime and a tool for self-inquiry that offers you space to connect inwards and reflect. Soul Sanctuary is an afternoon to slow down, tune in and access the potent wisdom within.
