Come on an epic adventure this Christmas with Bristol Old Vic's thrilling new version of Hans Christian Andersen's timeless story The Snow Queen.

Best friends Gerda and Kai have grown up in a world of safety, surrounded by love and immersed in the tradition of storytelling and folk music. However, when children start disappearing from the village, the tale of the mysterious Snow Queen becomes all too real. After Kai goes missing, a determined and spirited Gerda embarks on an ambitious and dangerous journey to save her friend before the Snow Queen destroys his heart.

Featuring live music and original songs, this epic and sometimes hilarious adventure directed by Lee Lyford (The Nutcracker, Around the World in 80 Days) will see The Snow Queen brought to life like you've never seen it before.
