The biggest BBQ & Music Festival in the UK, Grillstock is a truly international event, with 24 teams from across the globe competing to be crowned'King of the Grill' Grand Champion. Everyone from top chefs to backyard grillers fight it out over the smouldering coals. The expert panel under the watchful eye of US celebrity BBQ pitmaster, Ray'Dr.BBQ' Lampe, judges every dish.

And as an extra treat for BBQ fans, Bad Byron Chism returns to Grillstock from the US following his victory in 2011 to defend his title. Yeehah!

But it's not just all about the BBQ. Grillstock has a musical flavour too, with headliners including the US Soul Sensation, Charles Bradley & The Extraordinaires and the incredible Alabama 3, famous for their soundtrack for the hit TV show'The Sopranos'.
