Colston Hall's New Year's Eve Swing Dance Party promises to be one of the most colourful and spectacular events in the city as every part of the iconic hall comes alive to take revellers into 2015.
The golden era of swing returns as the main auditorium is transformed into a 1940s style ballroom, filled with the infectious sounds of jazz and blues courtesy of the Bruce/Ilett Big Band, The Zen Hussies and Lucy Moon and the Paper Moon Band. Meanwhile the magnificent multi-levelled foyer will be bought to life with show stopping circus acts, fascinating performers, fun interactive games, and Rock'n' Roll DJs spinning the finest jitterbugging tunes.
The Lantern is for one night only transformed into the Maison Paradiso Lounge. The Maison Paradiso team create innovative events in beautiful spaces and on New Year's Eve they will be transforming the historic Lantern into a decadent and luxurious cocktail bar serving delicious drinks created by some of Bristol's finest mixologists. The mighty Bedmo Disco DJs will be on hand to pump out funk, soul and disco classics, while the immersive entertainment will provide a host of delights and maybe one or two surprises.
