The Scottish quartet and multiple BRIT award-winning group Travis emerged as a driving force in British rock in the 90’s.
It would be 1999’s ‘The Man Who’ that truly cemented Travis’ musical legacy. Comprising vocalist Fran Healy, bassist Dougie Payne, lead guitarist Andy Dunlop and drummer Neil Primrose, the band offered a darker sound through tracks such as ‘Why Does It Always Rain On Me?‘, ‘Driftwood‘, and ‘Turn‘. ‘The Invisible Band’ followed in 2001, it debuted at No.1 and its single ‘Sing‘ became the most played song across UK airwaves that summer.
Their new single ‘Bus’, from their upcoming 10th studio album ‘L.A Times’, has just been announced alongside their first UK headline tour since 2022. The single follows new song ‘Raze The Bar’, which saw Travis joined by friends Chris Martin and Brandon Flowers.
