#Join us for an extraordinary event tailored for nature enthusiasts, culinary adventurers, and anyone seeking a truly unique experience. Delve into the world of foraging with best-selling Author Andy Hamilton, acclaimed for his wild food knowledge and captivating cocktails. He's featured on BBC's Countryfile, Radio 4's Food Programme and counts 6 Music's Cerys Matthews & Rob Da Bank as a fan of his cocktails. Andy is teaming up with the force of nature chef, Alex McAllister-Lunt, for this one-off event which promises an exciting glimpse into wild gastronomy.
Savour an exclusive tasting menu curated by Alex as we tear him away from his usual Midlands base. Alex is a specialist foraging chef whose love of nature has driven him to live exclusively off wild food in the name of science.
You'll be indulged with five seasonal wild food tastings, along with two seasonal cocktails. All are carefully crafted and curated from the pages of Andy's latest Book - The FIRST TIME FORAGER - published by National Trust and Harper Collins.
Throughout the evening, Andy will guide us through the tasting experience, sharing insights, tips, and captivating anecdotes about the wild ingredients used in each dish and cocktail. Prepare to be transported into a world where nature's bounty takes centre stage.
