Gloucester Road Books host a cracker of an event at Boston Tea Party with two leading lights of the UK crime and thriller scene. Asia Mackay’s dark, witty A Serial Killer’s Guide to Marriage pulsates with its own distinct premise and has been sold for TV adaptation in a record-breaking deal. The first instalment of Charlotte Philby's gripping new crime series, Dirty Money, introduces an unlikely justice-seeking duo with Charlotte's innate storytelling prowess.
Chairing proceedings will be Emily Koch, an award-winning thriller writer herself, in what will be a rare opportunity to hear from three exceptional writers.
Doors will open at 6pm and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be on sale.

Asia Mackay is a television producer and author based in London. She has presented and produced lifestyle programmes in China and the UK. She is a graduate of the Faber Academy writing course, and her debut novel, Killing It, was the Runner Up in Richard and Judy's Search for a Bestseller competition and the Comedy Women In Print prize.
Charlotte Philby is a critically acclaimed author and journalist. She worked for eight years as a newspaper reporter, editor and columnist at the Independent, where she was shortlisted for the Cudlipp Prize for investigative reporting. She is a former contributing editor and features writer at Marie Claire, and has written for publications including the Sunday Times, ELLE and Inside Time. Charlotte is based in Bristol and Dirty Money is her sixth novel.
Emily Koch is an award-winning journalist and author of If I Die Before I Wake, Keep Him Close and What July Knew. Her books have made the shortlist for the CWA Ian Fleming Steel Dagger award, won a French crime fiction prize, and been selected as a Waterstones Thriller of the Month.
