Together, we explore the practice through a kramic (step-by-step) approach, suitable for all levels. Kramas give you different options to experience different aspects of each asana at the level that suits you, allowing you to respond to your needs and helping remove the pressure for your practice to “look a certain way”.
In class, we will:
- Breathe well to support our system
- Play with asana, moving to carry ourselves with strength and ease
- Develop focus and experience our subtler layers through meditation and mantra
- Explore letting go through stillness
- Develop connections within our community as a close-knit, welcoming group
