Physical Resistance Book Launch and Discussion at BASE
See event details

A event on Saturday 15th February. The event starts at 18:00.

Bristol Antifascists are very proud to host this book launch event. In times like ours when the far right are gaining in confidence and power around the world, learning from history and the struggles that have come before can give us important lessons, strength and motivation to carry on as antifascists. Bristol has shown many times what effective antifascism can look like and we have a shared responsibility to continue this proud tradition and give no space for fascism in our city.

Louise Purbrick, who inherited and edited Dave Hann's book, Physical Resistance, has updated the work with a new chapter on the Anti-Fascist Network. Please join an open discussion with Louise of our shared antifascist history and how we can use it NOW!

There will be hot drinks and snacks provided. Bring your friends.
