Sound Bath & Guided Meditation Journey with Rounik

Step into the world of sound healing with Rounik, a Bristol-based sound therapist and Biofield Tuning Practitioner with over two decades’ experience of using sound for health and wellness. To feel and experience a sound bath is to go beyond words, beyond the mind where the frequencies meet you on a cellular level, to allow for deep integration and change. Please bring your own yoga mat and/ or blanket so you can get comfortable and relax.

This event is part of DIASPORA! - a new arts festival for Bristol and the South West, presented by the Diverse Artists Network (DAN). Taking place this year for the very first time, 3-6 May 2024, this four-day, multi-venue celebration will platform and showcase the wide variety of talent reflected in the region’s underrepresented cultural communities.
