Yoga mats are not provided, so don't forget to bring your own.
Ambition Lawrence Weston has toilet facilities and common space that can be used before and after classes to refill your bottle of water or make a hot drink.
There are no changing rooms, but you are welcome bring your belongings inside the sports hall where the yoga class takes place.
