Red by John Logan at Alma Tavern and Theatre
£11.00

A event on Wednesday 26th June. The event starts at 20:00.

Under the watchful gaze of his young assistant and the threatening presence of a new generation of artists, Mark Rothko takes on his greatest challenge: creating a definitive work for an extraordinary setting.

A compelling account of a great artist, whose struggle to accept his own success became his ultimate undoing. Nominated for seven Olivier Awards (2009) and winner of six Tony Awards (2010), John Logan’s “RED” premiered at the Donmar Warehouse Theatre, London (3 December 2009).

Michael Grandage, Artistic Director.

Original Broadway Production Produced by Arielle Tepper Madover, Stephanie P. McClelland, Matthew Byam Shaw, Neal Street Productions, Fox Theatricals, Ruth

Hendel/Barbara Whitman, Philip Hagemann/Murray Rosenthal and The Donmar Warehouse.
