WOMEN OF WORDS. A day of poetry workshops for women, presented by Diverse Artists Network and Stone the Crones.
There will be two back-to-back workshops, with a lunch break in between. You can book to attend one workshop or both. Bring your own food and hang out with other women of words in the lunchtime break.
Bristol WOW factor: imagine the city in 2050 - let’s write the future into being.
An experimental collage poetry workshop for women to play with words, ideas, visions, and hopes. We will co-create a group poem, starting with prompts and writing games, to build up a Bristol Vision poem about the city where we belong, have a say, where our needs are met, and our people are seen.
Poet Agata Palmer will guide us through a process of co-creating, working from the individual to the whole. Bring your imagination and your own food for the day. No experience necessary. Women of all ages are welcome.
WORKSHOP 2 (STONE THE CRONES):
14:00 - 16:00
Write Your Roar
