A event on Tuesday 17th September. The event starts at 19:00.


We will provide a relaxing soundscape using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, a Chau Gong, and a variety of other sounds

Please bring your own matt to lie on.

£5 for low wage
£10 for good wage
£15 for high wage

Schedule:
19.00-19.15: arrivals, settling in, thinking about intentions
19.15-20.15: sound bath
20.15-20.30: chilling, integrating

Contraindications for attendance:
Heart conditions, pregnancy in the 1st or 3rd trimester, metal plates inside the body. Please also be aware that it can be very intense, so please consider if you have the right mental state for the experience.

This is a COVID aware event. Please test before coming if you have any symptoms or have been around someone with COVID. We will also have tests available on the door.
