Join us for an inspiring drawing day as we explore figure construction and rendering fundamentals. Whether you're looking to sharpen your foundation or add structure to your sketching practice, this class is packed with value — and all for just £35.

What we'll cover:

The correct way to sharpen pencils for precision (With this particular drawing)
Quick sketching exercises to get you warmed up
Constructing the figure using abstraction methods and rhythm
How to develop a strong lay-in from simplified forms
Rendering and value techniques to bring your drawing to life
We'll be working with Wolf's Carbon 6B charcoal pencils and putty erasers—some will be available for purchase in the studio if needed.

While nothing replaces working from life, high-quality photo references will be used in this session. To build on what you learn, we'll bring in life model Rose for a follow-up session soon after—stay tuned
